The requirements for fences and roofs as specified in the Design Guidelines are: Fences

Fences have specific design requirements so if replacing the fence ensure you follow the guideline.  If you plan on painting your fence the type of paint you are to use:

  • Navajo White
  • It should be purchased at Cloverdale Paint 9712 - 153 Ave
  • If you have an AMA membership you get a 30% discount

ROOFS

The design guideline states that we are to use asphalt shingles only, specifically IKO Dual Brown. If you are unable to find IKO Dual Brown then look for the closest matching colour to dual brown from any manufacturer.
