Missing your vehicle?

A tow away zone: sign is posted or the pavement has been marked.
Vehicle is parked in a marked fire lane.
Abandoned: broken window(s), vehicle on jacks, blocks, missing wheels, major parts missing.
Commercial vehicle: tractor trailer, above one ton.

Please note:

Vehicles will be towed only at the authorization of the Property Owner, their authorized contact(s), or during an authorized Parking Buster's monitoring patrol. Towing is authorized at the time by the Property Owner or authorized contact(s).

The Property Owner, or their authorized contact(s), is responsible for posting proper notice in accordance with The City of Edmonton’s Bylaw 5590 (or the applicable bylaws for other municipalities).

All vehicles will be stored at Parking Buster’s storage facility located at 14124 – 140 St NW, Edmonton AB. T5E 2V7.

No vehicles will be towed unless an authorized contact(s) calls.
