By purchasing a home in River Point

you automatically become a member of River Point HomeOwners Association.

As a Homeowner you are fully responsible for maintaining your home, garage, yard, fences, and any other structures on your property at a high level of standard.

This includes:

Mowing your lawn and keeping it free of noxious weeds.

Conducting repairs and painting your fence before it becomes unsightly and needs total replacement.

Trimming your trees within your property so they do not overhang or block pedestrians or motorists using the sidewalks and roads beside your property. This includes in your backyard overhanging alley ways.

Not allowing a build-up of garbage to collect in your front or back yard.

  • If you do park on the roadway ensure that you are not in an Emergency Access Route identified by YELLOW paint along the curb.
  • If parking in the front be considerate of owners and do not park in front of the walkway that comes from their property as this is their only egress from their property. Winter is especially difficult if the sidewalk is blocked.
  • Parking in your garage or on your own parking pad or driveway so as to free up parking for guests and/or other residents as parking is limited.

Keeping your account up to date by paying the mandatory $50.00 fee. The monthly fee is collected by Premier Asset Management. To make arrangements for payment of your monthly fee or for your account standing please contact:

  • Being familiar with the stipulations as laid out in the River Point Homeowners Guide and adhering to the Design Guidelines to the best of your ability. We realise that there have been improvements and major changes in technology since 1992 when the guide was first drafted so this is not always possible or achievable. However, we need to adhere to the guidelines as much as possible to maintain the integrity and consistency of design throughout the River Point subdivision.
